Charlotte Chesnais was born in 1985. 

After studying at Studio Berçot in Paris, she launched her career at Balenciaga alongside Nicolas Ghesquière. During her nine year tenure at the fashion house, she worked on the ready-to-wear collections and went on to lead the first Balenciaga jewelry line.

Since 2012, Charlotte Chesnais has worked with several fashion houses including Kenzo, Maiyet, Maison Kitsuné and Paco Rabanne. To date, she continues to collaborate with Paco Rabanne on leather goods and jewelry lines.

In 2015, Charlotte Chesnais launched her own eponymous brand. Her first collection is based on redesigned basics and abstract shapes, with a mix of graphic and fluid lines. The collection  was rewarded the prestigious ANDAM Fashion accessories prize.
