Creative Director Kim Lai’s premium accessories collection, Jaunt, was inspired by her frequent travels which highlighted the need for enduring, chic and functional accessories to accompany her trips.

“As a constant traveler, I struggled to find a specifically designed range of travel accessories that were both chic and practical and had a real sense of vacation style. I designed JAUNT to fill this gap in the market and become synonymous with effortless travel.”

Over the last ten years Kim has worked between London and New York with some of the world’s biggest names in fashion and accessories. During her career Kim has collaborated with major fashion houses such as Viktor & Rolf, Alexander McQueen, Neil Barrett and Theo Fennell, as well as having worked at senior level for Samsonite Black Label, Bokks London and Radley London.

Born in New York, Kim studied product design for four years at the highly regarded Rhode Island School of Design, whereshe developed a love for product design specialising in lifestyle accessories for men and women.

Working closely with suppliers around Europe, Kim’s signature style, a combination of timeless classic with contemporary detailing, can be seen across her portfolio of bags, leather goods, gifts and soft accessories. Kim currently resides in France.
