A Miami Made Collection of Form Flattering 70s inspired Wrap Dresses Launches

Designer Danittza Zimic made her mark with her wrap dresses three years ago in the Miami fashion scene. Since then, women of all ages and sizes have been embracing her form flattering frocks that feature vibrant prints, budget friendly prices and durable fabrics.

On Monday, June 20 the Peruvian transplant launched her collection of 70s inspired wraps. There are a total of seven wraps which are named after influential and inspirational women from the decade such as Bianca Jagger, Farrah Fawcett, Billie Jean King, Cher, Lynda Carter, Carly Simon and Gloria Steinem.

“I love the 70s era and I wanted to create a collection that incorporated vintage looks with versatile dresses that could be worn day and night,” said Zimic.

Her made in Miami line is called the 70s Sophisticated Glam Collection and each dress retails for $129. Besides being recession proof and a fabulous transition piece that can be worn everywhere from a baptism to a night out on the town for drinks, the dresses are fashioned out of a polyester spandex blend making it machine washable so gals don’t have to fork over money on dry cleaning bills.

“I’m all about empowering women through my designs,” said Zimic. “I keep my prices low, I use fabrics that are long lasting and I create pieces that any woman no matter her age or figure can wear.”

Zimic’s wrap dresses are available online at www.shopmionline.com, local boutiques such as Essence Boutique and world wide. Her creations have appeared on NBC, The Miami Herald, BellaSugar.com, Yahoo.com, BellaPopSugar TV, People Style, Miami Living magazine and more.

Celebrities like Grammy Award winning songstress Mya and Teresa Giudice of The Real House Wives of New Jersey are fans.
