Venice Art Night 2011 will be held in Venice on 18 June 2011.

This event is both for adults and children and will keep the city alive all night long, with music, art and cultural events.

Art Night will feature all the palaces, museums, institutions, foundations, public and private galleries, churches and basilicas which will have open doors for free to all visitors, tourists and Venetian citizens, organizing workshops, tours, exhibitions, installations and small concerts.

The Art Night (Notte Bianca 2011) has been organized by the University of Ca’Foscari and the Municipality.

There will also be a fashion show, which will be held at the Palazzo Ca ‘Foscari of Venice and the laboratories will be organized at the Gallerie dell’Accademia. Children can play with many games and workshops organized by the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and the Biennale.

Young people can enjoy themselves with many small concerts located in various part of Venice.

Traditional local clubs and restaurants will accompany the White Night with drinks, menus and tasty dishes.
