It does not matter how many handbags, shoulder bags, crossbody bags, clutches, wristles, totes, shopping bag, satchels and carryall you have in your closet, there is always one missing: the newest one.

Here are some of my favorite new bags but I am sure there are many many others around.

 Longchamp: The Finca Luisa line was inspired by the Mediterranean houses (Finca in Spanish) and masterpieces by the Mexican architect Luis Barragan. This ultra-graphic line is produced in fabric. Rebecca Minkoff: The Hex is a lady-like shape but with luxurious modern detailing: geometric genuine stingray and python detailing, small buckles and calf leather.  This shoulder bag is the perfect accessory on a total white outfit.

Philip Lim: Scout drawstring hobo. Luxurious pebbled leather with a chic metal frame and a drawstring closure. Not only luxurious but useful and very versatile.
