Vs2R

Vs2R-black

Always fascinated by the architecture, inspired by structures in which different materials are combined to create composite figures, Vincenzo follows a scientific and mathematical college training.

However at the age of 24 years he decided to follow his other great passion, fashion; and enrolled at the European Institute of Design in Milan. After some work experience in the field of accessories in 2011 he decided to found his line Vs2R.

Vs2R-flat

Vs2R was established in 2011 with the desire to mix a design, structured and of a distinctive geometric connotation with wrapping lines.

Vs2R-brown

An approach and a quasi-scientific rigor tempered and illuminated by a profound sense of plastic and aesthetics.

Attention to detail is focused on the contrasting elements, emphasizing structures rather than decoration.

In a contuing challenge to gravity, stereotypes and limitations of manufacturing shoes.

Vs2R-bootsObsidian Butterfly

The FW13/14 collection plays with contrasting elements, on the dualism between what geometry can communicate and that which is its real contingency.

As if the weightlessness and the ineffability of a butterfly were crystallized in obsidian to reproduce in footwear what Frank O. Gehry realizes in his metal structures.

Ciccone sandali

Maxi dresses

This year adjective is maxi: maxi dress, maxi gown, maxi skirt.

I have always connected a maxi dress or maxi skirt to summer time more than other seasons because they give me an idea of lightness, freshness, of something colorful and radiance.

Gladiators

Everything started with the Romans who wore those sandals similarly to the shoes that nowadays we call “gladiators”.

Moreover I would warn you not to wear them unless your ankles and calves are skinny otherwise the fat comes thorough the laces and we want to avoid that.

Here are some of the best gladiators available in stores now: they look like extremely creative artworks.

Alexander Wang: Knee high boot with elastic suspension leather panel detailing and geometric chunky heel.

Summer trend: bold colours

I divide fashion in mainly two seasons fall/winter and spring summer and then I assign to each season specific cuts, fabrics an of course colors. I am usually more willing to wear turquoise, yellow and red during the nice season other then in November even if a bold color might bright up a gloomy winter day.

Anyway, we are already in spring and summer is approaching, so I have chosen the nicest bold color outfits from various designers. Royal blue, yellow, emerald green, turquoise, coral, lime, orange are the feel-good colors.
